how to restore a data file?

I deleted the personal data file in error.
Is there anyway of retrieving this?
I deleted out of data file management.
This is on microsoft outlook 2003.

Did you physically delete the file from the disk, or just remove the
file from the Outlook data files?

If the former, restore it from backup, or try to retrieve it with a tool
such as http://www.recuva.com/

If the latter, just add the data file back to Outlook (Control Panel |
Mail | Data files).
