How to restore a big mistake???

I have recently set up rules for my inbox. I tried to copy all the items in
my deleted folder (1300 items) across to the inbox so that the rules could
separate them into the appropriate folders I created.

Unfortunately, all the deleted items were removed from the "Deleted Items"
folder, and put into a single email as attachements.

Now I have a 139MB email with 1272 attachments....

How do I get all these attachments back to the deleted folder?

That doesn't work.

Delete the message containing those attachments.
