How to resolve Access 2003 not responding

I support an end user who uses lots of queries. Since I upgraded him to
Office 2003, choosing Page Setup or Print Preview causes the application to
go into a not responding state, from which it emerges after a long 2-3
minutes. He is not accustomed to this delay. I uninstalled and re-installed
Access, but that didn't help. Any suggestions would certainly be welcome.

Have you disabled Name Autocorrect?
