How to resie attachements on Outlook 07?!

In Outlook 03 you can resize photos easily – on the right of the attachment
box there is the attachment options – great – now how can it be done in
Outlook 07?!!

Press the little arrow at the right bottom of the Include section after
you've inserted your attachment to show the Attachment Pane.
