How to reset a Deny Everyone permission for a folder?

A friend of mine decided to be smart and set a Deny for
Everyone in the folder permissions for my MP3's
directory. Now all I recieve is an Access Denied message,
no matter what I do. Is there any way to recover from
this?

You need to take ownership and allow it to reset the
premissions to only Administrators Full Control, and
then after that you can set they to what you wish.
In the future, control what accounts are granted Full
Control, or the permissions to set premissions (if you
use advanced view)
