How to report a "bug"

I have been trying for 3 hours to report a bug to MSFT -
not in MS Antispyware, but in the portfolio portion of
MSN Ivestor. It is 100% reproducible on multiple PCs --
nobody wants the information. (Took me since mid June to
track this deal down.)

Any suggestions appreciated.

Why would you want to report the bug there, the MSN Team has nothing to do
with Microsoft AntiSpyware. If want report issues with product you can
discuss it here.

The bug I am attempting to report is in MSN Investor.
The "help" systems there do not have any way I could find
to report a bug. They have people who want me to pay $35
so a tech can resolve me problem, but nothing for bug
reporting.

My thinking was some MVP, might know of a place in the
world of Microsoft to report bugs.
