how to reply to email with edited attachment (word doc)?

Is there a way to reply (reply all) to an email that had a word documnet
attached, so that your edits to the word doc are included in the reply?Normal
replies (unlike forwards) do not include the attachments.
 
In that case, I usually forward the message, then do a Reply All and copy and paste the recipients into the forward.

It would also be possible to write a macro in VBA to do much the same thing.
 
Thanks for your response. That's what I've been doing, I was just hoping for
an easier way!
