I'm mssing something though, the disk with sp2 wont spin:
1, Op system Disk with SP 1 in CD-ROM 1
2. SP2 Disk in CD-ROM-2
3. Type R to get into console
4. Type MAP to see the devices and numbers
5 Assuming SP2 is Mapped and E in drive CD-ROM 2
to copy SP2 files in and overwrite system files , its close to this:

EXPAND E:\SP2\ i386\Kernel32.dl_C:\windows\system 32\Kernel 32. dll

files in SP2 cannot be replaced by SFC/Scannow as this operating system
disk has SP1 files on it.

If you dont know answer, dont post a response !

I have another tentative solution to this I have figured and is not slip
streaming.

Build a "slipstreamed" version of XP SP2. Then when you run SFC /<whatever>
and it asks for the WinXP CD, put in your XP SP2 CD instead, and the files
are fixed with the SP2 version instead of SP1 version.

Small Note: If you want to learn how to fix/do something, I'll point you to
it, but if you want me to do your work for you, it will cost you $50 USD per
hour - your choice.
