The most essantial part in windows movie maker ( the menu where you can
choose all the actions) has dissappeared. Now I wan't to re install movie
maker, but just do a re instal isn't helping so I need to remove the first
movie maker, but I can't find it anywhere in my software list etc, and if I
wan't to remove it manually via this computer it says some systems/programs
are still using movie maker so I can't remove it.

Anyone an idea how to remove movie maker?

Are you referring to the Task pane on the left ?

This can be reshown by pressing the "Tasks" button in the toolbar or
selecting from menu: View->Task pane.

that's my problem, it doesn't show up when I tell him to do so, that's why I
need to remove it totally so I can install v2, cause if I install v2 now,
nothing happens

You cannot remove it as it is entagled with operating system components.
Install Service Pack 2 to force upgrade WMM.
