Disable your System Restore (if you have that feature) and
run the scan again. If it comes back clean, enable the
System Restore so it doesn't come back.
Hope that helps a little.

Judy,

System Restore will NOT reinfest the OS unless one chooses to roll the
system back to one of the restore points that are infested. It does NOT
live in the "System Restore memory" as there is no such thing.

Alan, has SiteBar already installed or is it the popup you're trying to
get rid of ? Suggest doing a scan with MSAS while you're offline and
then rebooting the system to Safe Mode and doing another scan.

Thank you, Steve.
Maybe, I do not scan it again in safe mode.
And, Do you know where the Sitebar Adware comes from? I want to prevent it
from coming back again to my and my workmate's PC.

Alan,

You're welcome. SiteBar's hompe page is here : http://www.sitebar.org/
It does not *appear* to be spyware. YMMV.
