How to remove right click menu on IE

I unstalled and cleaned a QQ application downloaded from internet. One thing
remains is on the Internet explorer, on any web page when right click to see
the menu, it shows " Add to QQ customized panel". It is on the same menu of
Print, Refresh, View source, Encoding..etc. I have deleted all Registries
under QQ.
 
Check this registry key, Kenlo:

[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\MenuExt]
