How to remove permanently files from favourites

Dear Sir/ Madam
I have some problem in un installing some files , folders
and documents permanently from my favourites. i removed
them from my C and D drives. But when i started the system
they are appearing again in favourites, please help me to
remove them permanently.

While in "Favorites" Select "Organize" and delete them there. You only
deleted the files and folders and Need to remove the "pointers" in
"Favorites" to complete the task.
