How to remove password....

I rented my apartment to a couple and after living there for 4 months and not
paying me a dime, I had to have them evicted. They were given a 30 day
summons to leave but still did not leave. I had to have the Sheriff's come
and remove them and the Sheriff and magistrate determined that all appliances
and things left in building were rightfully my families. They have a
computer(Dell) with Window's XP on it but it is locked with a password. Is
there anyway for me to get that unlocked so that I can at least sell the
computer to get some of my money back?
Thanks,
Valerie
I know that is a very odd question but I don't know where to begin.....

Greetings,

The way I see it, a small yet powerful utility can be used to reset
lost password. I suppose Active@ Password Changer tool. It is easy to
use and can quickly reset password. Give it a try, I'm pretty sure that
will help.

Go to http://home.eunet.no/~pnordahl/ntpasswd/ and download the boot
disk, this will enable you to reset any system password on an NT class
operating system, and it's free.
