how to remove list option

hi i have seleted a data and put into the list, now i have to remove the list

how do i do??????
 
Reselect your list range and click DATA in the menu, select LIST and then
select CONVERT TO RANGE. In the following confirmation dialog box click YES
to convert the list back to a normal range.
 
Follow the same steps you did to put the data in the list and do just the
opposite
