How to remove items from File/Open/Other User's Folder list

I want to remove those people listed at the bottom of the list that are no
longer with my company.
 
Do you mean the names of the employees listed in the GAL? I'm not sure where
you are seeing the names. Have the people no longer in the company been
removed from Active Directory?

No, I mean when you go to File/Open/Other User's Folder. If you have opened
another person's calendar, their name will display at the bottom of that
menu.
 
That just seems like such a hassle for each user to do. Also, I wouldn't want
many people doing that. But, thanks for the help.
