how to remove Information Wizard from my personal settings

My Sony Vaio notebook came with an "inviation" to get Symantic Norton
Internet Security - it keeps popping up at start up (XP Home) as an
"information wizard". How do I remove it?

Start/run msconfig, look at the startup tab.

One way to check it is going to Control Panel, Add/Remove and see if NIS is
installed. If so, try to un-install it if you are sure that you really
don't want it.
