How to remove GPO settings from computer?

I push very restrictive GPO settings to one computer and after that I
remove this computer from domain and very restrictive settings left on
the computer and I can not add back this computer to domain moreover a
lot of menus’ are invisible.

How to remove these settings from the computer?
