how to remove entries inside msconfig startup

No, but totally remove them
because the table was "contaminated" by virus before and I don't want to
leave those items on the table.

Why don't you disable those startup items in MSConfig. When done,
removing the disabled entries as already posted is just cosmetics.
Note that removing these entries does *not* clean a compromised system.
