Highlight and delete from MSConfig\Startup and hit Apply

And then go to the registry to the following key as per below and highlight the item
under the key as per below and hit delete

In MSConfig Tools\Registry Editor\Launch highlight the item and hit delete

or manually as per below

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Shared Tools\MSConfig\startupreg then
highlight the item and hit delete.

Exit without restart
