How to remove Email with 10MB attachment blocking Outlook Outbox?

I have an Email stuck in the Outbox of Outlook 2003. It has a 10MB
attachment. Can't be deleted or moved. I've tried the Microsoft solutions
(disable virus protect, open in safe mode) but they don't work.

Mary left out a step. After clicking FIle>Work Offline, you must stop and
restart Outlook. Then you should be able to remove the message. You can
then click File and uncheck Work Offline.
