How to remove duplicate Inbox in Personal Folders

I have recently installed Outlook 2003 and in doing so
now have 2 sets of Personal Folders with 2 inboxes.
How can I remove one? It won't let me delete one.
Please help if you can. I also now have 2 contact lists.
