How to remove duplicate contacts in MS Outlook 2003

Whenever I synchronise my contacts in MS Outlook 2003 with Palm m130,it
results in duplication of most of contacts.How is this to be prevented,and
once they have been created,how they can be removed.
(e-mail address removed)

Question belongs in the relevant synchronization group. This is not an
Outlook issue.
