How to remove double Subject headers

How do I stop double Subject headers in the Subject line when I forward
messages? Example- RE: Emailing: Semiannual Report or FW: Emailing:
Semi-annual report. I wan to remove the "Emailing:" from the subject line.

Outlook is not adding that, so Outlook can't remove it. It must be being
added on incoming messages. SO, as far as I can tell, without adding VBA
code, you'll need to remove it manually.
