How to Remove Dotted Line on all pages?

I have a dotted line that appeared all of a sudden that goes accross all of
my pages in Frontpage when I am trying to edit them. How do I remove it. Also
when I preview the pages they now open in a little scroll box. Pretty
annoying!

There are several dotted lines that exist in FP3. The most common is window size which is set in the lower right hand corner of FP3

FP2003?
The dotted line indicates the bottom of the browser window and thus
all that will be visible in a browser opened at the size set.
In preview, you see the browser window without the chrome - toolbars,
menus etc., as it would appear if you opened a browser at that size.

that indicates the shared border is turned on; to turn it off go to the
Format > Shared Borders menu and uncheck the boxes in the Shared Borders
dialogue box.

However, that line won't show when you view the site in a browser - it only
shows in Design mode.
