How to remove custom word from dictionary spell check?

A question my relative asked me and I'm looking for an answer for her. Spell
check always finds my aunts nickname in her email sig. She wants to know if
there is a way to somehow enter a word that Outlook Express (sorry, don't
know which vs. she has) spell check will not process?

You would need to determine what Spell checker Outlook EXPRESS is using.
This group is for Outlook, which is completely different despite being
named similarly.
