How to remove contact from "Automatically Complete List"

When typing in contact name in address area, how can I remove obsolete
addresses that pop up as part of the "Automatically complete mail address
list". The obsolete address has already been removed from the contact list,
but still shows up in the auto complete popup.

The list used in the Automatically complete mail address list is not the
Contacts list, but a separate list of the last 29 addresses you sent
messages
to. When you have sent 29 messages to correct addresses, only those
addresses should be left on the list.
