How to remove cmdService

Please can soneone tell me how to remove cmdService trojan. Spybot 1.4
and adaware do not work, even in Safe mode. I have searched for ages
and am stuckkkkkkk.......anyone help will be much
appeciated!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I found an ongoing cleanup going on in the CastleCops forum here:

You can read through it, but I think it would be better for you to run
HijackThis and post your log at CastleCops so one of the experts and
take you through the cleanup process.

I was interested in what this particular trojan did so while researching I
found this site.

I never used anything from them so I don't know how trustworthy they are.
