How to reload systray?

I have XP Pro running on a 1G Athlon with 512M.

If I open the drives and folders in 'My Computer" too quickly some
time windows explorer will "hang" briefly, everything disappears from
the desktop and then reload---except that half of the systray items
will be gone. I can still use the system but have to manually reload
the missing systray applications.

Does anyone know why this happens? And how can I reload systray
without rebooting?

Thanks

Try opening event viewer, you'll find more specific info on what
going on,or did for that time frame. You might also, open cmd,in cm
type:CHKDSK C: /F Agree to restart,then type:EXIT Restart computer.
