One user prints a report in arial 8 and it prints correctly.
Another user prints the same report in arial 8 an it is slightly wider than
the page, thus forcing a second , almost blank page, for every psge printed.
The second user's arial.ttf file is newer than that of the first user.
I deleted this font, copied over the font from the first user, then
installed it and rebooted.
The report page is a bit better, but is obviously a slightly wider font as
it still takes a second page each time.
Is there some other possible reason than a different font? Is it possible
to reload only the fonts from the XP CD?

Regards

Here's a thought.. In Printer Properties, or Page Setup, look for an
option to "Shrink to fit page width".
