How to reinstate a deleted meeting series in Outlook?

I inadvertently cancelled a series of meetings instead of one occurrence of
the meeting. Is there any way I can reinstate the meeting without having to
recreate the meeting request?

PST file or Exchange mailbox? If the latter, did your Exchange admin
implement deleted item retention? You may be able to get it back if so - if
not, or you're using a PST file, you will need to recreate or restore from a
PST backup copy if you made one.
