how to register fro windows logo program

Hi Everobody,
We are developing Host based iSCSI target driver.I would
like to know what i need to do to get designed for Windows
Logo for my software driver?I have got windows compliance
doc and test suite.I need some help regarding tests
also.Do i need to register for this.
Actually i mailed twice regarding this to microsoft
(e-mail address removed) but there is no answer from
them.Regarding tests also i send email to the address
mentioned at their whql web site but it looks like nobody
is interested in helping!!
If anybody knows this info pl. send me.
