How to red flag certian numbers when entered to a spredsheet

Is there a formula that can be made so when you enter a bank numbers in to a
column it will red flag those certian numbers on the spredsheet column ie if
i entered 123 in a cell it would be formatted to come up red?

How many "certain numbers" are you looking at?

Conditional formatting will give you 3 conditions(4 if you count default)

Excel 2007 allows more than that.

For up to 30 conditions in versions 97 through 2003 you can use Bob Phillips'
CFPlus add-in.

I want to add nine numbers like a social security number and if it's
duplicated it will red flag is this possable
