How do I get color to print, it shows on my sheet?

I have certian cells in red, it show up as red, but when I do a print
preview, it's in Black and White. It prints in black and white also. I have
a color printer???

Although the details vary with each brand of printer, there should be an
option somewhere in the Printer Setup Procedure to check or uncheck a
"Monochrome only" option.

File>Page Setup>Sheet.

Make sure "Black and white" is unchecked.

Also make sure "Draft quality" is unchecked.
