how to recover my IE's ToolBar & Menus

Since I have run the IE with the parameter ＂-k", the
IE's toolbar and menu's position are fixed now. I can't
drag the toolbars or menu and realign the poistion of them.
how can I recover it?
Thanks. For not usually use english,I don't know if I
express myself clearly.
