how to recover files from drive C after it is reformatted.

I had had my computer reformatted because it was so slow.
Not knowing, the IT personnel did not backup copy the
files from drive C. My outlook files was there, now I
could not get hold all of my previous e-mails.

Is it possible to recover those files after my pc was
reformatted?

Importatnt thing: don't use the harddsic until some one who knows what
he does has recovered it.
There are several tool avilable, use google. Otherwiese (dependig on the
omportance of the mails and on the money you will spend) ask a data
decovery company. If you dont use the hd and didn't use it much the
chances are good to get it back.
