Look in the same folder for a file named "Backup of <your doc's name>.wbk". This will be present only if you had "Always create backup copy" checked in the Tools > Options > Save dialog, and would be a copy of the document as it was just before the last save. If neither of those works, and you have no other backup, then you're out of luck.
