How to recover a quick formatted NTFS harddisk?

Dear all,

By mistake, my NTFS harddisk was accidentally quick formatted by using
Windows explorer.
Anybody knows how to recover this harddisk?
I've tried using Norton Utlities, but unsuccess.

I used Easy Recovery Professional, which can rescue about 90% of my files,
that's OK!

It is unable (at least the last version I've seen) to recover files with
international format names (extended characters etc). R-studio does not have
such problem. And it can recover data from broken software and hardware raid
arrays (ie when all you have is several disks from a RAID-5 on a failed very
old controller and an angry mob of users). Magnificient program.

I can recover most of the lost files by using R-Studio, much more than that
Easy Recovery can do.
