how to record test results

I created an assestment test for my children. Do anyone know how i fomat the
results on my computer. I want to keep track of their progress on a weekly

Do you want to use Access the database program, part of Office
Professional for this task? If so maybe some more information about the
amount and types of data you will want to store would be useful and if you
were intending to record the data or manually enter it.
