You cannot. They are gone, and there is no "undelete" function.
There are third-party services who will salvage deleted or corrupt
databases for a fee; the one most often recommended is Peter Miller at http://www.pksolutions.com.
AFAIK, you cannot. Once you respond 'Yes' to the warning prompt that Access
gives you about deleting records, they are gone. If this is a *very* recent
deletion and you must have these records back, you may want to contact:
If you use a two step delete process (recommended), you can. Make the first
step a yes/no flag for deletion. The second step is a physical delete done
by the database administrator, not the user.
