How can you switch between the inbox, outbox, etc. without opening the
navigation pane. In previous versions of Outlook you could click on the
folder heading and a menu would drop down for you to choose a different
folder. Will Outlook 2003 not do this?

CTRL + 1 = Inbox
CTRL + 2 = Calendar
CTRL + 3 = Contacts
CTRL + Y = Brings up a folder pick dialog box

Nope. For some unknown reason, Microsoft saw fit to eliminate the Folder
Bar, which, as you've seen, makes it necessary to open either the Navigation
Pane or the Folder List any time you want to switch folders. Thanks a lot,
Microsoft!
