How to quickly open attachment using outlook express?

What I really mean is quickly open all the attachment(attachment in
attachment) and get the final file or attachment?

How to quickly open attachment using outlook express?

There is only one way to open attachments in OE: double-click them. If
the sender f. e. sends a ZIP file with a text file in it, you have to
ask the sender to send only the text file if you want to speed up
accessing the data.
