Hi,
I installed a trial version of a centralized-management software on my
workgrouped home PCs running XP home.
After sometime, I wanted to remove that software.
The Add/Remove Programs icon in the CP does not show any instance of the
software. However, it is there in the start-up servcies and the registry.
How to purge such a software from my home network?
Thanks
Yba

Look on the All Programs menu, see if there's a folder
there that contains the software and an uninstall
routine. Barring that, look on the manufacturer's website
for removal information.

Hi,
Neither.
The maker did not offer any useful support and the software has no
appearence in the All Programs menu.
Please continue to help.
Thanks
Yba.

P. S. There was a post a couple of weeks ago by a MVP about a small free
tool named something like "Invalid File Delete." Any clue on the site?

Navigate to the directory where the programs files are located, c:\Program
Files\.... Uninstaller, if supplied, will be there.
