HOW to protect file not allow others to copy it?

I have protected the file, for viewing is fine. But I have try to copy and
paste to other worksheet. It can be copy over, which mean that all data can
be view from here. (Copy file) My purpose to protected is not to allow other
to copy over.
 
Hi sn,

Basically, you can't. The nearest you can get is to convert the file to a
protected PDF, which you could then make available to those who are entitled
to view it. PDF protection can be set to prevent either or both copying and
printing.
