Your question is very general and without knowing far more about exactly
what you want to do the format required for the pay slip, the table deign
you have the version of Access, printer capabilities, and if you want to
print a from or print on a form etc, it is not possible for us to provide
much more.
you can downloading a MSaccess template or MSexcel payslip template. =)
by the way you can modify it in the way you want it to be printed.
