how to print out screen-dumps

doing a college assignment with the instruction : Print out screen-dumps of
the formular dialogue box for each formular that i have used to work out
Average price,highest price and lowest price of holidays

You can capture a screen dump of a dialog box as follows:
Open the dialog box and make sure it shows the contents you want to capture.
While the dialog box is still the active window, press and hold the Alt key
while you press the Print Screen key. You can now paste (Ctrl+V) the captured
screen dump, e.g., into a Word document.
Repeat this for each needed screen dump. Finally, print the document with
all the screen dumps.
