How to Print Name's list and Names Range?

Hi

Just wondering how I can Print a list of Names and their ranges.

I have to modify them all and there is about a hundred or so named
ranges.

Any help would be nice.

Get Jan Karel Pieterse's (with Charles Williams and Matthew Henson) Name
Manager:

You can find it at:
NameManager.Zip from http://www.oaltd.co.uk/mvp

It'll make working with names much easier.

But you could find a nice empty spot and use:
insert|name|paste|paste list

I cant get access to the files on the web site because I am on a work
