how to print detailed contact information when printing distribut.

Outlook 2000 prinited all detailed information for each contact contained in
the distribution list being printed.

Outlook 2002 and 2003 print only the name and email address for each entry
in the distribution list being printed.

I need to be able to print detailed info for each contact as I did in
Outlook 2000. Any suggestions? Is a custom form needed?

In contact view, choose Print Preview from the File drop down menu. For
installation of Office 2003, it showed all information for each contact.
(all 136 pages of it).

You misunderstand. I need to print the contacts in a single distribution
list, not all contacts. Chosing print from the contact page prints ALL
contacts, not just the desired distribution list. It also only prints the
name of the DL but not the contacxts inside the DL. If you open the
distribution list and try to print, the only details displayed or printed are
the name and email address, but not details like phone number, address, etc.

In Outlook 2000, you could open a distribution list, select print and it
included all the contact details for each contact in that DL. This is not
the way Outlook 2002 or 2003 work. Now, when you open a DL, the only
information displayed or printed is the name and email address.

To put it another way, when I open a DL, I need to see and be able to print
all contact details for each contact in THAT DL, not just the name and email
address. Take a look at a group in Outlook Express to see how it used to be
in Outlook 2000
