how to print a listing of all fields in MS Access

Just go tools->Analyze->Documenter.

Now select the tables tab.

You can now hit "select all"

However, before you print, whack the "options" button.

You need to change the options for "fields" to "names, data types, and
sizes"

If you don't change the above..you will kill a tree in the amount of paper
used!. With the right options selected, you get a nice columnar listing
here..So, perhaps play with the options (on ONE table ). When you get
something you like..then select all you tables...
