how to print a folder list of Outlook folders

I can use Outlook [2002] to print a list of folders on my HDD as seen in
Explorer. How do I print a list of Outlook folders?

Thanks for that. I've tried the app; it is clever and does exactly what it
is designed to do. I will buy it.

However, I need to print a long list and it would take eleven to twelve
hits, so I would still prefer to capture a gui list in one (not a DOS window,
it's untidy).

Any other info gratefully accepted re printing a list of Outlook folders.
