See http://word.mvps.org/FAQs/Formatting/BookletPrinting.htm. If you have
Word 2002 or 2003, you can use "Book fold" and duplex the document. For just
a four-page booklet, however, I often find it easier to use two columns on a
page or "2 pages per sheet" in Word 2000 or above.

There are various ways of doing this depending on the printer and the printer software you have. For example 4-Up would print four pages on a single side of paper.If you fold a sheet of A4 paper in half you can create 4 pages of A5.
